Become a Vendor

We appreciate your interest in becoming an Approved Vendor to the IWDC and its Members. Here’s the procedure we’ve established for doing so:

  1. Please select whichever of our two Vendor Profiles best fits your company: Resale Products or Expense Control.

  2. According to your selection, fill out the correct IWDC Vendor Profile form:
    1. If you selected Resale Products, you must fill out and email our standard Vendor Profile form. If you answer “Yes” to the question, ARE THERE ANY SITUATIONS IN WHICH YOUR COMPANY WILL SELL DIRECT TO THE END-USER?, you must also fill out and email the Vendor Profile – Selling Direct to End-User Addendum.
    2. If you selected Expense Control, you must fill out and email the Expense Control Vendor Profile form.

  3. Whichever form or forms you fill out, you must also attach and email a pricing proposal.

  4. The IWDC’s corporate staff and Purchasing Committee will review and discuss the proposal you’ve submitted. We meet twice a year and also conduct pre-scheduled teleconferences every six to eight weeks to discuss many topics, including Vendor proposals. Follow-up conversations between the key contact at your company and our IWDC staff may be necessary to further negotiate your initial proposal.

  5. After a final review by the IWDC staff and/or Purchasing Committee personnel, your company will be notified of our decision either to designate you an Approved Vendor or not. This process usually takes approximately 45 to 60 days.

If you have questions about our Vendor Profile forms or any other related topic, please contact the IWDC directly.
