Dear Vendor Partners,
IWDC Members A-OX and A&B have combined, and we ask you to update your systems to reflect A&B as a branch location under A-OX. A&B's IWDC Membership will be combined with A-OX (Member number 10151), and A&B's legacy Member number (10126) will be discontinued. For the full calendar year 2025, please combine any of your sales to A&B with your sales to A-OX for purposes of establishing rebates. Combine and accrue those rebates to A-OX.
IWDC will issue a rebate template to reflect this change.
If your company is an IWDC Direct Vendor, A-OX will pay invoices on behalf of A&B. If your company is a Pass-Through Vendor (sending invoices related to A&B's spending to IWDC for payment), there is no change to that process.
A&B Welding Supply Company Inc.'s name should remain unchanged in your system.
