Today Holston Gases completed the acquisition of USA Gas Inc. with operations headquartered in Dalton, GA. Holston Gases will consolidate its operation into the Holston Gases facility located at 380 Hollywood Drive, Dalton, GA 30721. The owners, David and Heather Gates, of USA Gas Inc., agreed that consolidating the two companies' resources in Northwest, GA bring added value to the current USA Gas customers. Holston Gases is a regional distributor of industrial, medical, and propane gases, as well as welding, safety, and industrial supplies. Holston has been in business for over 65 years. Its headquarters are located in Knoxville, and it now has 42 locations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina.
