FEIN will be updating our current business operations software from an older, no longer supported SAP system to the new cloud-based SAP S4/Hanna system, effective July 1, 2024.
Critical Dates:
- All Orders for guaranteed shipment* by June 25 must be received by June 17, 2024*in-stock items only
- Our last active order entry and shipment date for June 2024 will be June 24, 2024
- No drop ship orders will be shipped from June 24 until July 10, 2024
- We will resume shipping onJuly 10, 2024, with a limited capacity
- We intend to be back to 100% order and ship capacity byJuly 12, 2024
Please note that FEIN will continue to take orders through all normal channels during the conversion. FEIN's Customer and Technical Service will be operating normally during the SAP changeover. Order acknowledgments for orders received after Noon (EST) on June 24, 2024, will not be issued until the restart of our operations on the week of July 8, 2024.
We ask that all distribution look at their inventory levels and stock accordingly on high-moving items so that your customers' fill rates are not impacted during our business system migration.
