Best Practice Sharing

There are three primary IWDC venues for best-practice sharing: our annual Owners' Meeting, our Sales and Purchasing Convention, and our annual Gas Meeting hosted by PurityPlus. In addition, Members can choose to participate in our Annual Industry Financial Benchmarking Report, conducted by Benchmarking Analytics. This entails the following: financial numbers are collected from each participating Member company in a confidential manner. We then place these numbers in the context of a wide range of financial and operating metrics and prepare an exclusive report for each Member. When Members review this report, they can see how their company stacks up against the metrics and focus on improving critical parts of their business, as necessary.
