I am pleased to announce that, effective Tuesday, November 11, Dick Wilkinson has joined the IWDC as Eastern Regional Sales Manager. In this role, Dick will be responsible for driving awareness and sales of IWDC Distribution Center products, including Weldmark® and OEM-branded offerings. He will also work closely with our Members to maximize profitability and savings through our approved Vendor programs.
Dick brings a wealth of experience in the welding hardgoods business to the IWDC. He spent over 20 years with wholesalers OKI Bering and ORS Nasco, taking on increasing responsibilities in customer service, operations, and marketing. Additionally, he brings more than 11 years of OEM experience with West Chester, Phoenix International, and Abicor Binzel. His extensive background and expertise in the welding channel will be instrumental in promoting IWDC's value proposition to our Members.
Dick and his wife, Kim, have two children and two grandchildren and reside in the greater Cincinnati area. Outside of work, Dick enjoys traveling with his wife, bowling, golfing, and cheering on his favorite teams—the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.
