Member Tech Air, headquartered in Danbury, CT is proud to announce that it has
added Angelus Welding, Inc. to its family of companies. The acquisition of
Angelus will expand Tech Air’s position in the Los Angeles market.
Angelus
Welding, Inc., established in 1947, is
one of the oldest industrial welding distributors in the United States,
servicing customers from (2) locations in Los Angeles. The President of the
company, Chris Donohue and several family members will remain actively involved
with the company moving forward.
Angelus
will continue to service its customers from its East LA location while the Sun
Valley location will be combined with Tech Air dba Geneva Gas & Supply’s
existing facility in North Hollywood.
