Haun Welding Supply Inc., of Syracuse, N.Y., has purchased Danes Welding Supplies of Ontario, N.Y., and in a separate transaction, Johnson Welding Supply of Batavia, N.Y.
Danes and Johnson both provide compressed and liquid gases, along with welding products and equipment.
"Danes has been a leading distributor in the Rochester market for over 60 years. We are excited to have Danes employees and customers join Haun Welding Supply,” said Joshua Haun, Haun Welding Supply’s director of operations and marketing. “We have had a solid business relationship with Danes through the years. The mutual respect we have had for each other’s businesses made this an easy decision."
