Winona, MN — Mississippi Welders Supply Company acquired the gas and cylinder distribution assets of Denzer CO2 & Service of Madison, WI, effective January 1, 2015. The acquired business services 600 beverage accounts throughout south central Wisconsin. The acquisition will dovetail nicely with the company’s projected future growth, and will be operated as part of Mississippi Welders Supply’s PurCo2 division.
