has acquired Liquid Technology Corporation of Apopka, FL, along with a second
location in Pasadena, TX. Liquid Technology Corporation is a leading supplier
of specialty gases throughout the country including EPA Protocol Gases, NIST
Traceable Standards, BTU Standards, Continuous Emission, Fuel Gases,
Hydrocarbon blends, LEL mixtures, as well as a full line of disposables. Liquid
Technology will become a part of Tech Air Specialty Gases.
The Company's
customer base consists of industrial companies, utilities and municipalities in
the greater Orlando, Florida and Houston, Texas areas. Additionally, the
Company ships disposable and refillable cylinders across the U.S. from both
locations. Products are distributed to customers through Company-owned delivery
trucks around Orlando and Houston, and via common carrier for cylinders shipped
across the U.S.
