The IWDC
Reno/Sparks Distribution Center will be moving 15 minutes from its current
location to our partner's main facility on Friday, August 18, with operations
resuming on Monday, August 21, 2023.
We
are excited about this move! The main facility offers us more capacity and
additional staff availability, including the transition of the current staff
that have been processing your orders. Due to our recent ERP system
implementation, there will be no system inventory transition, allowing for a
more seamless "rack-to-rack" move. Our Reno partner has assured
us that your service will not be disrupted.
