I am pleased to announce the hiring of Kathy Ahn to our IWDC CSR team.
Kathy comes to the IWDC with close to 35 years of experience in the welding industry. Most of that time was through the wholesale channel at Nasco and then ORS Nasco for 25 years and has worked with many of you already. She also worked for seven years at Scully Welding Supply Corporation, an independent welding supply house outside of Philadelphia, as an Inside sales/counter sales and a buyer (hardgoods and gases) for that location. She also worked for over two years at Direct Wire and Cable as an Inside Sales/Account Executive.
Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs, Kathy and her husband Larry make their home in Northwestern Pennsylvania. They live on a horse farm with two dogs, three horses, and various farm animals. She enjoys riding and working with her horses, helping Larry restore their 150-year-old farmhouse, and spending time with family & friends in her spare time.

Please congratulate Lara Robertson on moving to the IWDC PIM Content Administrator position. Many of you know Lara from the IWDC Distribution Center Customer Service Department. She has been with the IWDC since January 2018 and has become very familiar with our products and industry initiatives. Before her time with us, she was at another cooperative in Indianapolis called IDC for 22 years. Her tenure there included operations as well as assisting in their Marketplace deployment. She will be responsible for managing incoming data content from our Vendor Partners and prioritizing the processing to meet the needs of our Members' various e-commerce and product data initiatives.
