Why would you want to send a sales rep to a PFERD Academy?

Sales Growth – The revenue growth of our distributors who have sent reps to an Academy, on average, have a 12% increase in sales YOY.
Hands-On Experience – We have a state-of-the-art facility where the attendees spend most of their time using the product for themselves vs sitting in a classroom all day. Real application examples are worked on, and they get to see why our product is better than the competitors.
Value – This class teaches cost-savings for end-users. We focus on what's in it for the end-user, whether it's in the ergonomic design of our product or time-savings etc. We focus on how our product makes their life easier.

The PFERDACADEMY training program provides an opportunity for attendees to gain valuable hands-on experience using our products and power tools. We offer two different training classes.

Bronze Training Class
Attendees of the PFERD Bronze Training class will get basic instruction on the complete PFERD line.

Silver Training Class
Attendees of the PFERD Sliver Training class strictly focus on stainless steel and aluminum.
*You need to participate in a Bronze class before you can attend the Silver.

Training will take place in our state-of-the-art facility where we provide a safe and controlled working environment. The Academy is located centrally at PFERD's brush manufacturing and distribution center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The technical training staff are members of a global team trained at PFERD's worldwide headquarters in Marienheide, Germany.

  • PFERD provides lodging and meals, as well as coordinates and pays for ground transportation from Milwaukee General Michell Airport (attendees must schedule and pay for air transportation).
  • Attendees arrive Monday and depart Thursday.
  • Training sessions will be two full days (Tuesday-Wednesday).
  • Attire is casual, no shorts or open-toed shoes.
  • Certificates are awarded upon completion.
